How do I track my order?
You can track your order on our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on your shipment's status.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
What do I do if I have missing items in my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

🚫 We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit cards, or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
Your payment is processed through an SSL-secure web page and encrypted before being sent directly to our payment provider for authorization. Hosanwell does not store credit card details for security reasons.
Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be converted based on the daily exchange rate determined by your bank.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours after placing your order.
🎟️ Discounts & Cancellations
Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?
No, promotion and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
How do I change or cancel my order?

Cancellation Requests: If your order is still being processed, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

Cancellation Fee: Orders canceled after placement are subject to a 30% cancellation fee due to merchant processing costs.

Shipped Orders: Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
